I don't understand why, but there's this shop in Melaka, (Please note that this shop doesn't have a name) their layer cakes are always sold out fast! A lot of people will be queuing there and each and every customer will buy at least 5 or ALL of the different flavors of layer cake available in the shop. Bear in mind that, each piece of layer cake in that shop is sold for RM9.00 (Not cheap!). They may have different sorts of flavors but each and every of them seems to be indifferent to me. However, a lot of people who ate it, LOVES it. Is it just me, or what?

P.S.: Their shop only sells layer cake & coffee. No espresso, cappuccino, mocha or anything else. It's located somewhere which is quite hard to find. No brand or shop name. BUT the shop is still full of customers. I wonder why. They've got a 'Fortune Cat' placed on their front door?

Went to Starbucks to meet up a friend for a drink. It's been quite a while since we've last seen each other! We talked so many things and so many random things! XD But it was enjoying.

On 14th April 2011, went to celebrate LKY's birthday at Dome.

Ordered a Big Breakfast and shared with a friend. Too big for one person's brunch.
This Biggie has doubled up in everything: 2 eggs; 2 sausages; toasts (w/ butter spread); hash brown; tomato; bacon; & mushroom.

I ordered a cup of Affogato. It's a scoop of vanilla ice-cream topped with a shot of hot espresso. But this isn't the best Affogato i've had :(
[They should let the consumer to pour the coffee on the ice-cream instead! Spoiled all the fun :(]

The best Affogato i've ever had was in Marmalade Pastry. That, was heaven X)

A mixed berries beverage that one should not miss X)

Some of my friends also ordered Apple-Crushed Juice (Literally, crushed) which tasted quite delicious!

Delicious but too many sauce that caused the pancake to get soaked up quite fast. So to fully enjoy it, eat it all up within 3 minutes! XP

How can there be a birthday celebration without the birthday cake?
Though, this time, we forgot to put in the candles XP Big Mistake, but oh well.. XP

Cakes bought from Alexis. Mixed Berries and Tiramisu Cakes. Bought 2 slices instead because worried that we couldn't finish the whole cake. And we wanted to eat both flavors XP

The mixed berries cake's crust seems to be different from the usual 'biscuit' crush type. How should I word it? Hmm... It's like the crust's melting in your mouth. Sugary type of crust but it's not very sweet.
