Bought some Gonbei San coupons from a deal site. All you can eat Japanese Buffet at Gonbei San Restaurant. Food was superb, service was magnificent. However, this is a Japanese fine dine restaurant. Meaning, this Japanese buffet is for a limited time period and only applicable for the coupon buyers (which is already over). But I can assure you that the food served there will be well worth its price :)

Hi Cindy,

Though lesser choices of food in Gonbei-San compared to Jogoya, the food served in Gonbei-san is of higher quality compared to Jogoya (IMO).

There's sukiyaki, teppanyaki, sushi, raws (yes, there's oysters - and loads of them!), sashimi (no toro included in the buffet though but you can order it in the menu), noodles, tempura, desserts, etc.

The price is high because there's lots of good quality seafood in there. For RM50, OK-LAH.

If you want variety + cheap, you should try Shabu Shabu then ;) (still going-on in Groupon :P)
